Travelfa Terms of Service
By signing up for any workshops or attending any of the functions hosted by Travelfa Cultural Immersion Co., you agree to all the stated terms and conditions in this page. You hereby release Travelfa Cultural Immersion Co.. or any person or persons acting on its behalf from liability for any bodily injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of any personal articles while on the premises or while participating in any activity sponsored by Travelfa Cultural Immersion Co. The undersigned also agrees that in the event medical attention is required because of accident or illness, Travelfa Cultural Immersion Co. shall, without accepting fiscal responsibility, seek such medical services as it deems necessary and appropriate through emergency call and/or hospitals.
Payment
Payments must be completed 2 days before the workshop/event. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately.
Media Release
You hereby allow Travelfa Cultural Immersion Co. to take photographs, video, or audio of me and to use such materials for promotional and archival purposes only.
Workshop Etiquette
All scheduled workshops will start and end on time. Please be on time for your arrival and depart the venue in a timely manner. Arriving 30 minutes late to a workshop counts as a no-show, and no refunds or make up sessions will be given. Instructors can make the final decision.
Cancellation & Refund policy
Travelfa Cultural Immersion Co. reserves all rights to cancel any workshops due to low enrollment or unforeseen instructor conflicts. If a workshop is cancelled, we will do our best to reschedule another session. If you register for a workshop and later become unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop and we will gladly offer you credit for a different workshop of the same value or another session. No credits or refund of any kind, and no reschedule requests will be entertained if notification is given less than 48 hours prior to the workshop. Any workshop with less than 3 individuals will be cancelled and full refund given. For reasons due to inclement weather or other natural disasters, workshops will be rescheduled or full refund given. This applies to all regular workshops.
About Our Policy
Our workshops require a great deal of pre-planning, which includes ordering supplies and tools and based upon the number of registered participants. As a small operation, we are unable to absorb the costs of sudden cancellations or rescheduling and still keep our workshop prices low. In fairness to all of our customers, we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness or travel. If you are unable to attend a workshop in the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend or family member.
